Wheelchair-Bound Man Explodes Device at Airport

It was chaos at Terminal 3 of the Beijing International Airport on Saturday, where a wheelchair-bound man detonated a small explosive device. The man was taken to the hospital to be treated for injures sustained in the blast. Although smoke spread through the terminal after the detonation, no one else was hurt and flights were not disrupted. The device was reportedly made of gunpowder from fireworks. Photos show the man waving a white package before the explosion, and witnesses claim he was handing out leaflets detailing his grievances against law enforcement authorities.
