Fresh off its purchase of Tumblr, Yahoo is looking to add Hulu to its roster of media buys. The company reportedly placed a bid on the video-streaming site Friday morning. Now Yahoo joins a growing list of prospective buyers including DirecTV, Time Warner Cable, and William Morris Endeavor who have placed offers to purchase Hulu. Previously, Yahoo had attempted to purchase the video site DailyMotion, but was stalled by the French government.
