A new website called Drunk Dial Congress prompts you to enter in your phone number, and then it connects you to a random member of Congress. “Mad at Congress over the shutdown? Have a drink and tell them,” the website advertises. There’s no testing of your blood-alcohol content, but your comments are probably better while drunk. So start making your list of gripes right now and also maybe start the party a little early today (nobody will judge you for day drinking if it’s to end the government shutdown).
