Trey Foster was arrested at home early Friday morning, the second suspect in the Lone Star College shooting to be taken into police custody. The 22-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault in Tuesday’s campus shooting, which wounded three people. The case continues to unfold, as who exactly was holding the weapon at the time of the shooting is still being disputed. Court records name Foster as the gunman, but authorities previously charged Foster’s friend Carlton Berry with two accounts of aggravated assault in conjunction with the shooting.
