A deadly shooting rampage at an Alabama college Wednesday left one person dead and three more injured, police said. The suspect, Thomas Franklin May III, 34, drove off in a white Jeep Liberty after the shooting at Southern Union Community College in Opelika, Alabama. Almost three hours later, a man drove up to a group of reporters and told them he was the person they were looking for, and was arrested immediately. All the victims, including a 4-year-old injured by flying glass and a 94-year-old woman shot in the back and neck, were in the same family. Police said they believed one of the victims was a student being dropped off or picked up at the school.
