At least one person was killed and three were injured Wednesday when a man began shooting in the Jefferson County courthouse in Texas. "There was a defendant on trial. It was break time, lunchtime, and he apparently shot three people, maybe four," Judge Larry Gist told CNN. An elderly woman was apparently killed. A witness in the case was shot, said Gist. The courthouse was evacuated and police eventually captured the suspect after shooting him.
