Eight teenagers in California are accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in a park bathroom—a horrible crime similar to the one unfolding in Cleveland, Texas. The sixth grader was allegedly lured to a park in Moreno Valley, California by an older girl, who may also be charged with a crime. The accused rapists are aged 14 to 19 and are members of a local street gang. The oldest, Michael Sykes, was arrested Monday.
