Is that ash or blue light coming off your cigarette? A new study found that young e-cigarette users are twice as likely to plan to smoke regular cigarettes. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 263,000 middle- and high-school students use e-cigs but have never smoked the conventional version. Three of four youths who begin smoking as teens will continue as adults.
