At least three people have been killed, including a police officer in a shooting at the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood. The Twitter account for the Colorado Springs police department tweeted Friday night, "Dead: UCCS police officer/2 civilians. Wounded: 5 #CSPD officers/4 civilians- all in good condition." The shooter, allegedly a man named Robert Lewis Dear, 57 has been apprehended, however no names of the victims have been released other than that of the officer, Garrett Swasey, 44, have been released.
