Police said three people were killed and four others wounded in what appeared to be a drive-by shooting outside a convenience store in Stockton, California, on Tuesday. A woman was pronounced dead at the scene and police confirmed via Twitter that a second woman and a man died later at a hospital. Stockton Police spokesman Joe Silva said four others were wounded and several victims were in critical condition at area hospitals. Police have no suspects in custody and no suspect or vehicle description has been released.
