Haiti's southern peninsula was battered by Tropical Storm Isaac early Saturday morning, flooding the area and forcing 5,000 to evacuate. At least three people have died as a result of the storm. In Cité Soleil, just north of Port-au-Prince, some 300 homes have had their roofs blown off and are sitting in up to three feet of water. The storm is now heading for eastern Cuba, and a hurricane warning is in effect for the Florida Keys and the state's west coast, causing Florida Gov. Rick Scott to issue a state of emergency.
