Three trick-or-treating 13-year-old girls were killed Friday night when they were struck by a speeding SUV in Santa Ana, Calif. The girls were found dead upon arrival. Two men fled the SUV and are on the loose after abandoning the vehicle near a strip mall, about 800 yards from the crime scene. The impact from the crash threw the girls, two of whom were twins, about 100 feet. No tire tracks were found at the scene.
