Prosecutors have charged former Superintendent Beverly Hall with racketeering, false statements, and theft, saying that Hall received bonuses tied to falsified scores. According to the report, instances of cheating included teachers being pressured by administrators to erase incorrect answers after testing, and even prompting students to fix their own responses during exams.
