Four people are dead and a total of 40 have been shot in Chicago thus far this Memorial Day weekend. Among the dead is a 15-year-girl shot and killed as she rode in a Jeep down Lake Shore Drive. Nineteen of those injured in shootings this weekend were shot on the West Side. Chicago has seen a spike in gun violence this year.
