4.1 Quake Strikes Near L.A.

A small earthquake struck near Malibu, Calif., on Tuesday night, recording a 4.1 magnitude. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake’s epicenter was about 30 miles off the coast of Malibu and about 50 miles from the Los Angeles Civic Center. Residents reported feeling the tremor, but there was no damage reported in the area.
