According to a BuzzFeed News report, five men who had access to the computer network of the House of Representatives were arrested at the Capitol on Thursday after what was said to be a long investigation by federal law-enforcement officials. The men were working there as contractors and were arrested as part of an alleged procurement scam. Members of Congress were reportedly informed to change the passwords to their emails and other accounts as a precaution after the arrests.
