A bombing at a wedding in the southern Turkey city of Gaziantep killed at least 51 people and left an additional 69 wounded. According to the government the attack is believed to have been carried out by a suicide bomber between the ages of 12 and 14. As of now, no group has claimed responsibility but initial reports have the authorities leaning towards ISIS being responsible.
