Police have arrested 54 people after hundreds of gang members tore through Times Square on Easter night, shooting four people. The criminals are believed to be mostly members of the Bloods, who spilled out of the car show at the Javits Center, and three of the shooting victims were innocent bystanders. It is, apparently, something of a tradition for gang members to rampage through Times Square after the car show.
