A Decade Behind Bars: Return to 'The Farm'

A new documentary and follow-up to the Oscar Award-Wining 'The Farm' takes an updated look at the lives of four prisoners at the Louisiana State Penitentiary. While the faces are familiar, the environment has undergone a drastic transformation from one of the world’s most dangerous prisons to a rehabilitation center; there are five churches and a bible college, the grounds are nearly all a self-sustaining agricultural community, and the prisoners have instituted their own television station.

As a part of the project, a new social networking site was created called GabrielCity.com, for those affected by the criminal justice system including the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated, victims, and their affected family members.
