The 24-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon says she dreams of dropping from a D-cup to a size between B and C—“something you don’t need to wear a bra with”—and plans to have surgery before she weds fiancé Luke Worrall. “It’s no secret that I hate my boobs,” she told the Daily Mail. “Perfect boobs is what I want.”

Perfect boobs are what Kelly’s mom Sharon sought in 2005. First, she had a breast augmentation, bringing the 53-year-old mother of two from a 32C to a 34DD, then she had a reduction to bring them down to a more modest size. “I’m having them changed,” she said right before the second surgery. ‘Ozzy likes them, but they’re too big. Honestly, they weigh a lot.” She’d had a previous reduction surgery 20 years earlier, followed by a lift.

In 1992, a few years before she hopped up on David Letterman’s desk and Mardi Gras-flashed her chest in honor of his birthday, Barrymore underwent a breast reduction at the age of 16. "I've learned something, though, about breasts through my years of pondering and pontificating,” she once told a reporter from the New York Daily News, “and that is: Men love them, and I love that."

Posh reportedly had two breast enlargements before her 2009 reduction surgery, which brought her down from a 34DD to a more manageable 34B. (Although Beckham always denied the surgeries, telling the BBC in 2003, “I’m completely natural.”) According to the British tabloids, the former pop star turned fashion designer had the operation in Los Angeles and then flew to France to recover with husband David and their two sons.

By the time she turned 15, the freckle-faced, 5’1” Punky Brewster star wore a 38DD. She couldn’t even go out for a jog around her Burbank home without neighborhood boys shouting “Hey, it’s Punky Boobster!” The former child star had a six-hour reduction surgery in 1992, just before her 16th birthday, dropping down to a 36C. After the surgery, she said she felt she was “finally free.”

The Queen’s 2003 breast-reduction took the 5’10” actress and rapper from enormous to just merely large. Formerly an F-cup, Latifah decided to have the procedure after losing 25 lbs. “I was pretty big,” she told People magazine in 2007. “Now I'm like a DD. I wanted to be a triple. They took one D too many!” Her surgeon offered to throw in some lipo, but she declined.

Honestly, who can keep track of the Baywatch babe’s breasts anymore? They’re up, they’re down, they’re up, they’re down. She’s had more booms in her bust than Goldman Sachs. In 1999, Anderson's oversize implants were replaced with a more modest set in 1999, saying “I just wanted my body to return to its original state.”

The new face of Balenciaga is thought to have had a breast reduction after baring all in 2000’s Requiem for a Dream. The exact date of the surgery is unknown, but fans saw a noticeably slimmer Connelly in 2006’s Blood Diamond. Connelly’s publicist categorically denied the reduction, saying “It’s absolutely not true—swear on my life.” The actress blames stress and weight loss for her flattened curves.

The former WKRP in Cincinnati star went to a doctor to downsize her 38Es in 1995. She had two reduction operations, taking them down to a more manageable D-cup. "There was no hope in sight except for maybe tying them in a knot. I had to have the surgery done," she said after the second operation. The sculpted former wife to Burt Reynolds denies all other surgeries, except an eye lift.

In 1991, the comedian and proud plastic-surgery aficionado added a breast reduction to the long list of cosmetic procedures she’s undergone, including a nose job, facelift, cheek implants and liposuction. The 5’4” Barr went from 40DDs to 38Cs to relieve strain on her back. Surgeons reportedly took off three pounds from her bust.

Tootie went under the knife in 1984, at the age of 16, just after she ended her run as America’s sweetheart on The Facts of Life. The still-buxom actress hasn’t spoken about the surgery in any great detail, but producers reportedly wrote it into an episode of Living Single, on which Fields starred as Regine Hunter from 1993 to 1997.

In 2002, the Everybody Loves Raymond star copped to a breast reduction and a tummy tuck in a Q&A with People magazine. After four children delivered by C-section, she said, “my breasts were hanging down to here from breast-feeding those babies and my nipples were like platters. I wanted to fit into the gowns that I finally got to wear.”

In 1997, at the age of 18, the party girl had a breast-augmentation surgery that endowed her with what her father, Rod Stewart, once called “a lovely pair.” Eight years later, the grownup party-girl had the implants removed—and gifted them to fellow rock-progeny Jack Osbourne. “I got them taken out, signed them, got them framed and presented to Jack,” she said. He hung them on his bathroom wall.
