The DEA and other agencies announced a major seizure of more than a million bags of heroin, worth more than $5 million, in the Bronx on Saturday, arresting four alleged dealers. Agents said the operation, allegedly headed by Orlando Rosario-Concepcion, 38, supplied drugs to dealers in upstate New York and on Long Island.
