Firedoglake blogger Daniel Wright has obtained Aaron Swartz's FBI file following his suicide last month. The FBI declassifies investigations if the subject of the investigation dies.

The documents show the FBI was monitoring Swartz on Twitter, Facebook, and his LinkedIn accounts after he was suspected of downloading millions of records from the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) database. Although the records he was downloading were public documents, the government charges a fee to access them, which Swartz circumvented. Two of the pages are still classified because they contain still-sensitive information, according to the FBI. Here's the document:
