Salah Abdeslam, who was until Friday the most-wanted man in Europe for his alleged involvement in November's Paris attacks, has been formally charged with "terrorist murder." Another man who was detained at the same time has been given the same charge. He has been identified as Monir Ahmed Alaaj alias Amine Choukri.
