Women Sue Lingerie Company For False Anti-Cellulite Claims: Two New York women—Christine Caramore and Michelle Martin—are reportedly suing lingerie brand Maidenform in Brooklyn Federal Court over “false advertising” for its anti-cellulite shapewear “Instant Slimmer.” The shapewear, which claimed it had the ability to tone the body and slow down the appearance of cellulite, did not work... at all.
