Activists Form Human Chain at Heathrow

Officials warned of delays and possible cancellations at London's Heathrow airport after climate change activists cut through a fence and chained themselves together on a northern runway early Monday. A dozen demonstrators from the direct action group Plane Stupid wore arm locks as they lay on the runway to campaign against runway expansion. Airport officials said the southern runway remained opened.
