Ethan Couch, otherwise referred to as "affluenza teen," has been moved from the maximum security unit where he was held into a single-cell unit at Tarrant County jail in Texas. Couch will serve a nearly two-year prison term for a fatal drunk-driving crash in 2013. He now has access to a gym and a day room with a television.
