Al Qaeda posted an hour-long video on jihadist websites to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. The video, called “The Dawn of Imminent Victory," features an audio speech by Ayman al-Zawahiri and previously unreleased footage of the late leader of al Qaeda, Osama bin Laden. U.S. officials say Zawahiri is one of the top terrorists they are seeking after bin Laden’s death.
