Amanda Bynes is apparently homeless and was seen Thursday morning in California sleeping in a shopping mall. The parents of the troubled actress are relinquishing conservatorship of their daughter to a mental-health professional and moving to Texas to be closer to her. Bynes is supposedly living on $50 and $100 gift cards given to her by her parents.
