In his first interview since his conviction was overturned, Raffaele Sollecito explained that he and Amanda Knox are no longer in a relationship. “We were both victims of a cruel injustice and our relationship was overcome by this tragedy. Our lives are linked by circumstances but now they are very different.” He added that he still has “affection” for Knox. Sollecito also indicated that he has reached out to the family of the victim, but he “found the doors closed.”
