Wedding of wealthy Indian woman in South Africa has turned heads.

This is just begging to be on an episode of Bridezillas. The lavish wedding of Vega Gupta, a niece of the Indian billionaire Gupta brothers, kicked off Tuesday in South Africa with 200 guests being flown on a chartered Jet Airways flight to the Waterkloof Air Force Base to head to Sun City. But now South Africa’s ruling African National Congress is demanding some answers on why a strategic base was being lent out for a wedding. The influential Saharanpur-born Gupta brothers, most notably Atul, Ajay, and Rajesh, own the New Age newspaper and the Sahara computer group. A family spokesman insisted they had the full permission of the proper authorities to use the base. Oh, and the wedding isn’t over yet: over 400 guests are expected to attend the three-day ceremony this weekend.
