The man accused of killing 69 teenage campers in Oslo in July returned to the small island where the massacre took place as part of a police investigation over the weekend. Wearing a bulletproof vest, Anders Breivek walked the island with investigators for eight hours, demonstrating how he fired at the campers as they tried to run and swim away in panic. Investigators said they allowed Breivek to walk and talk without interruption to help him remember the details of the grisly day. They noted that he was “not unmoved” by returning to the scene of the crime, but that he did not show remorse.
