Ann Weighs in on Tax Disclosure

Ann Romney is apparently tired of people asking her why her husband won’t release his full tax returns in his bid for the White House. In an interview with NBC set to run Thursday, the potential first lady appeared irritated when she said the campaign has been transparent and done what’s legally required of them. “The only reason we don’t disclose any more is, you know, we just become a bigger target,” Romney said. “The more we release, the more we get attacked, the more we get questions, the more we get pushed.” She also added her husband’s integrity is “just golden.” The Republican candidate announced Thursday that at least 13 percent of his income has gone to taxes over the last 10 years.
