It’s snowing, again. Weather advisories are in effect in 10 southern states, as the second storm in two weeks sweeps through the area. Snow fell on Missouri, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Kansas; and a hard-freeze warning was in effect along the U.S. border with Mexico, Louisiana, and Mississippi. A storm at the end of last week interfered with many peoples travel plans for the Super Bowl in Dallas, while a storm at the beginning of last week dumped a record amount of snow in parts of the Midwest.
