A University of Missouri assistant professor of communications who ordered student journalists to leave a public area during a protest has been charged with assault. Melissa Click’s journalism school title was revoked after the incident was caught on video, but now she is also charged with class-C assault for her November 2015 actions. Click can be seen on camera intimidating and physically blocking reporters who were trying to cover the aftermath of student protests at the school.
