Luis Fernando Alarcon, a 19-year-old car dealer, was charged with a count of felony vandalism and a misdemeanor count of inciting riot after getting arrested when a Donald Trump rally turned violent in California last week. Alarcon, while demonstrating against Trump allegedly threw what appeared to be a rock at a police cruiser. At least 17 people were arrested.
