A court has mandated that Apple and Samsung work out their patent issues in mediation—yep, time to sit down for a heart-to-heart, fellas. Apple claims that Samsung has "slavishly" copied its iPhone and iPad products. Samsung denies the charge and has countersued for patent infringement. Samsung, a multinational company headquartered in Korea, makes computer chips, smartphones, and televisions, including some components for Apple products. Apple's Tim Cook and Samsung's Choi Gee-sung will meet for a two-day mediation.
