Apple’s new CEO Tim Cook tries on Steve Jobs’ shoes Tuesday, as he is set to unveil the next-generation iPhone at an event in California. As usual, rumors are swirling beforehand: Bloomberg says Apple will show off new voice controls that will allow users to do things like surf the Web and send emails by speaking. Boy Genius Report is saying that the iPhone 5 will be a Sprint exclusive—although many people are questioning its accuracy. Robert Scoble, meanwhile, says he hears Steve Jobs will not attend: “He's just not feeling well enough to come out in public, I hear.”
