There goes another one: a soldier who was responsible for coordinating an Army sexual-assault-prevention program has been placed under investigation for “abusive sexual contact” and other alleged misconduct, the Army said Tuesday. The announcement came days after the director of a similar program in the Air Force was arrested for allegedly groping a woman in a Virginia parking lot. The soldier, whose program was based at Fort Hood, Texas, is accused of pandering, abusive sexual contact, assault, and maltreatment of subordinates. He has been suspended from all duties, and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has ordered the Army to investigate.
