A man has been arrested in the alleged murder of Bennett Hatfield, a coal executive at the controversial Massey Energy and Arch Coal in West Virginia. Hatfield was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound in a cemetery on Monday—his wife is allegedly buried at the same cemetery. Anthony Arriage was charged with first-degree murder after being taken into custody in Ohio.
