Syrian President Bashar al-Assad blamed France's military invovlement in his country for the alleged ISIS attack in Paris. France's "mistaken policies...had contributed to the spread of terrorism," he told French lawmakers in Damascus. France has been supporting Syrian rebels and fighting ISIS, which Assad sees as one in the same. Assad said French President Francois Hollande should "change his policy."
