At least 42 people have died during an attempted coup in Turkey on Friday night and early Saturday morning, Turkey's NTV television station reports. The numbers are an early figure, and are expected to rise. Turkish prime minister Binali Yildirim also reported that over 130 people had been arrested in connection to the coup.
