Attorney Edward “Chip” Dillard and Tim Staggs were arrested on Thursday in Alabama for multiple charges of human trafficking. Dillard is being held on a $500,000 bond and Staggs' bond is $300,000. Dillard is charged with seven counts of human trafficking in the second-degree, four counts of conspiracy to commit human trafficking in the second-degree, one count of sexual abuse in the second-degree, two counts of making terroristic threats and one count of intimidating a witness.
