Ayotte Declared Winner in NH

Lamontagne won't call for recount.

The going wasn’t as easy for this Mama Grizzly as it was for Delaware’s Christine O’Donnell, but New Hampshire has declared state Attorney General and Palin-pick Kelly Ayotte the winner in the state’s Republican primary for U.S. Senate. Ayotte’s margin of victory over Tea Partier Ovide Lamontagne is less than 1.5 percent—small enough that he would have been allowed to call for a recount, though he decided to concede. The official margin of victory was 1,667 votes.
