Jan Brewer has another bone to pick with Obama—the Arizona governor has issued an executive order saying that young illegal immigrants in her state who are allowed to defer deportation under the president's new immigration law will still be considered undocumented. That means although they can stay in this country, under Arizona law they won't have access to public benefits like driver's licenses and in-state tuition. Brewer wrote that extending such benefits would leave "signifcant and lasting impacts on the Arizona budget."Correction: President Obama's new immigration policy allows young immigrants to apply for a deportation deferral and a work permit. An earlier version of this Cheat said the policy provides state services like license plates and school scholarships, which it doesn't.
