This probably puts him out of the running on Celebrity Apprentice. Survivor winner and current Apprentice contestant Richard Hatch is going back to prison for failing to pay taxes on his $1 million prize from the first season of Survivor. He's already served more than three years for tax evasion, and was supposed to re-file his taxes for 2000 and 2001, but failed to do so. "It needs to be a severe punishment," U.S. District Court Judge William Smith told Hatch during the sentencing. "That's the only thing that will deter you in the future." Donald Trump would be very disappointed.
