Barclays and Credit Suisse are going to settle federal and state charges that they misled investors in dark pools. Barclays is poised to pay $70 million, according to the New York attorney general's office. The banks are altogether are expected to pay a combined $154.3 million, which would be the biggest amount ever in a case of this kind.
