An anti-terrorism judge in Belgium charged a suspect in custody with being involved in the Paris attacks. According to the federal prosecutor’s office, 15 other people who were arrested at the same time were released. The total of 16 suspects were arrested in Belgium in a series of anti-terror raids over the weekend. Some 22 different raids were orchestrated in Brussels and Charleroi.
