Berkeley Law Dean Resigns Over Sexual Harassment Suit

Ex-assistant alleges he kissed and touched her without consent.

Sujit Choudhry, the dean of the UC Berkeley School of Law, resigned on Thursday in the midst of a sexual harassment scandal. He was previously suspended from the school after a lawsuit filed by his former assistant alleged that Choudhry hugged, touched, and kissed her without consent during 2014 and 2015.
