It looks like Italy is stuck with Silvio Berlusconi. The prime minister won a confidence vote in parliament by 316 to 301. The vote was in response to the government's failure to pass a key budget measure by a single vote on Tuesday. In addition to the budget crisis, Italy's government recently had its credit downgraded, and this week it was discovered that the finance minister missed the bailout deadline by 30 seconds. Berlusconi is also facing four trials, including one for allegedly paying for sex with a 17-year-old girl.
