Bey Tackles Elevator Brawl in 'Flawless'

Beyonce not only dropped a surprise remix of “Flawless” on her website Saturday night, but she used it to address the infamous elevator incidence following May's Met Gala after-party. Queen Bey collaborated with Nicki Minaj, the first time the two divas have worked together. But the thrust of attention was on Beyonce with her lines referencing the elevator fighter between her sister, Solange, and husband, Jay-Z. “We escalate, up in this bitch like elevators, of course sometime s— go down when there’s a billion dollars on an elevator,” she raps in “Flawless.” It follows the more formal joint statement the Knowles-Carter clan released in May. Less clearly addressed in the remix are the increasing rumors that Beyonce's marriage to Jay-Z is falling apart.
